Accommodates standard 3-gallon ice cream tubs. Patented non-toxic refrigerant gel holds temperature longer than any other similar product. One overnight (8 hour) charge keeps ice cream at or below 32°F for an extended serving time (over 6 hours). Made of dishwasher safe, high-impact ABS plastic. Clear Acrylic Lid (CM1013 - sold separately) protects contents and helps maintain cold temperature.
