Heavy gauge, mirror polished 18-8 stainless steel resists corrosion and is virtually maintenance free (Aspen Line is 18-10). Chafers offer a smooth gliding hinge for one-touch operation and their self-regulating lid opens to any position with a simple push.
Roll-Tops also feature a condensation return system and detachable covers for easy handling and cleaning. Full drip guards keep tabletops clean. Premium chafers come complete with 2-1/2" DuraPan™, water pan, fuel holder(s), and a Clutter Buster™ for storage and transport.

Tight fitting lids seal in heat and freshness, saves fuel and labor cost. Simply preheat urn with hot water for optimum heat retention.
